GUIDANCE IN RELATION TO THE STATE HEALTH EMERGENCY COVID-19
DUKE ENERGY, VECTREN ENERGY and INDIANA AMERICAN WATER
have temporarily suspended shutting off services for non payment during the coronavirus emergency.

We want to remind you that they are not forgiving these payments and once the pandemic is over,
your bill will be due in its entirety. WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO PAY YOUR UTILITIES, IF POSSIBLE.
We recommend immediately contacting your landlord or any lenders to whom you owe payment.

Make arrangements for any late payments.

Most lenders are waiving late fees and working with you, but you must contact them.
